How to Get Here and Where to Park
When you call our office to make an appointment, our front desk will give you detailed directions by text on how to get to our office and how to access our FREE parking stalls.
Payment for Services
Our office accepts most insurance plans and we will send in claims on your behalf. Some plans will not cover treatment at 100%. Certain plans pay fixed allowances with an annual cap and others will cover a percentage of the charge. The difference must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. Please be aware of the limitations of the contract you have with your dental insurance company. Our front desk will assist you in getting this information and pass it on to you. We accept cash, cheques as well as debit and credit cards.
Emergencies
Every effort is made to accommodate dental emergencies as soon as possible when a call is received. Even though our office is closed on the weekends, Dr Pessinis can always be reached through our paging service at any time to answer any questions or concerns. When you call the office on the weekends or outside regular office hours, our answering service will take a message and page Dr Pessinis. In the rare event that he is not available, another dental clinic will accommodate you. You will not be stranded without professional advice.
